Prospective Graduate Students
We are actively recruiting graduate students to join our group. All students will receive extensive training in synthetic chemistry, as well as training in a range of analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, gas sorption, electrochemistry, and diffraction.
Prospective graduate students first need to apply to a graduate program at Northeastern University in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, or the Department of Chemical Engineering. Prof. Peltier can take students from either department.
Interested students are strongly encouraged to reach out to Prof. Peltier (J.Peltier@Northeastern.edu) and should include the following: a CV and a brief description of previous research experiences. Please use the following subject line: prospective graduate student.
Prospective Postdoctoral Fellows
We are actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows. Interested candidates should email Prof. Peltier the following: a CV, a cover letter, a brief research statement summarizing past experiences, and at least two references. We strongly encourage prospective postdocs from underrepresented ethnic groups in chemistry to apply, with ample advance notice, as additional fellowship opportunities may be available.
Email Prof. Peltier (J.Peltier@northeastern.edu) with the subject line: prospective postdoctoral fellow.
Prospective Undergraduate Students
We are actively recruiting undergraduate students. Please email Prof. Peltier your curriculum vitae/resume and provide a few sentences on what interests you about scientific research. Undergraduate students are encouraged to find funding opportunities and explore other research related resources through Northeastern University Undergraduate Research and Fellowships and College of Science Undergraduate Research.
Email Prof. Peltier (J.Peltier@northeastern.edu) with the subject line: prospective undergraduate student.
