Jillian Darris-O’Connor

Biography

Jillian is a rising third year undergraduate who is double majoring in behavioral neuroscience and chemistry with a concentration in materials chemistry. She’s from Billerica, Massachusetts, and originally entered college with the desire to go to medical school. However, her passion for chemistry, driven by both coursework and independent learning, led her to change her career trajectory and declare a second major in chemistry. Jillian is excited to work in the Peltier lab to gain hands-on experience and develop skills that will help her future career in chemistry. Outside the lab, Jillian enjoys spending time with her pets, playing video games, painting, and exploring new topics.
