Luna Bruss

Biography

Luna is a fourth year undergraduate chemistry major, with minors in environmental and sustainability sciences and architectural design. She’s from Hamburg, Germany, and is passionate about solving climate issues with chemistry! Throughout her two research and development co-ops at the Massachusetts-based climate tech startups Electric Hydrogen and Found Energy, Luna has developed a growing interest in catalysis and materials science for clean energy applications. Outside of the lab, Luna enjoys doing escape rooms, running, pottery, playing board/card/word/video games, and cooking. She’s excited to work in the Peltier lab to gain skills and experience outside of her current comfort zone, while contributing to meaningful sustainability-related work.
